Maximilian Boosfeld is co-founder & CEO of Wingtra, a Swiss-based company that specializes in the development and marketing of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for high-precision mapping and surveying applications. With a background in robotics from Europe's leading university ETH Zurich, Max has been instrumental in the design and development of Wingtra's flagship mapping drone, the WingtraOne–a vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) high-efficiency UAV. Under Max’ helm, Wingtra has become a leading player in the commercial drone mapping market, providing solutions for industries such as mining, construction, agriculture and land management. Max also owns a café called ‘Kleine Freiheit’ with his co-founder Elias in the heart of Zurich. It is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike, known for its relaxed atmosphere and selection of craft beers and cocktails. Next to his professional endeavours, Max loves to sail, whether it's cruising or racing.
