Elsight, a leading provider of drone connectivity solutions, has announced a repeat order for its 'Halo' product from Censys, a prominent US-based drone manufacturer and services provider. This order comes after a successful trialling and integration phase, highlighting the effectiveness of Elsight's solution in meeting Censys' needs.
Censys specializes in developing remote sensing solutions for drone service providers, enterprise organizations, and government entities. Their Sentaero family of products is highly regarded in the fields of environmental services, infrastructure monitoring and inspection, disaster relief, and public safety. The additional order of 'Halo' units from Censys not only validates Elsight's Design-Win strategy but also emphasizes the company's focus on growing recurring revenue. The order includes both upfront hardware revenue and recurring Elsight cloud services revenue through their 'AllSight' platform.
The commercial value of this order is approximately US$120,000 in the first year, and Elsight anticipates receiving further orders as Censys expands its drone network. No significant conditions need to be met before work can commence on fulfilling the order.
Elsight's Design-Win strategy positions the company for organic growth within the rapidly evolving drone market. With over 90 Design-Win partners worldwide at various stages of development, Elsight is well-positioned to capitalize on the increasing number of commercial opportunities in the industry. The strategy minimizes the need for additional sales efforts and costs, allowing the company to leverage its existing partnerships for growth.
Yoav Amitai, CEO of Elsight, expressed his satisfaction with Censys' decision to choose 'Halo' and the partnership between the two companies. He highlighted the significant value of 'Halo' as a connectivity solution for Beyond Visual Line Of Sight (BVLOS) drone operations, emphasizing the seamless integration it provides. Amitai also praised the power of the Design-Win strategy, which requires minimal intervention from the sales team and serves as a strong growth engine for the company. With Elsight's solid position in the drone market, Amitai is confident in the company's ability to grow alongside its Design-Win partners as the industry continues to mature and gain broader commercial adoption.
The versatile and industry-agnostic nature of 'Halo' ensures that it can support various use cases implemented by Censys. Elsight looks forward to witnessing Censys' continued expansion and building a long-term positive relationship between the two companies, solidifying their presence in the drone market.
