This collaboration marks a significant step for KOREC, enhancing its existing fixed-wing drone offerings with a focus on high-precision mapping and survey applications.
WingtraOne, developed by the Swiss company Wingtra, is recognized for its vertical take-off capabilities, PPK geo-referencing, and high-resolution payloads. These features enable the delivery of high-quality data, crucial for detailed mapping and survey work. The agreement positions KOREC to not only distribute these drones but also to develop a network of Wingtra dealers across the UK.
Mark Reid, UK Sales Director at KOREC, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. "Wingtra's dedication to the continuous advancement of the WingtraOne platform aligns seamlessly with KOREC's dynamic approach to technology," he said. He highlighted the WingtraOne drone's established reputation for reliability and trustworthiness, making it a complementary fit for KOREC's existing product lines from Trimble and K-MATIC.
