Window Hero, a franchise under HomeFront Brands, has announced the launch of a new drone-powered exterior cleaning service, marking a significant shift in how large-scale cleaning operations are handled. The Charlotte-based company has teamed up with Lucid Bots, an AI robotics firm also headquartered in North Carolina, to offer a more efficient and technologically advanced approach to exterior maintenance.
The new service was recently showcased at Ambassador Christian School in Huntersville, North Carolina, where Window Hero demonstrated the capabilities of its drone-assisted cleaning. The drones, designed and developed by Lucid Bots, can cover up to 300 square feet per minute, dramatically speeding up the cleaning process and reducing the need for large crews and extensive equipment.

The Sherpa drone, central to this new service, integrates seamlessly with existing soft-wash pump systems and is noted for its ease of use and control. By leveraging this technology, Window Hero aims to make exterior cleaning safer and more efficient, particularly for large structures that traditionally pose challenges in terms of access and safety.
